The intervention is included in a set of actions promoted in the region of Calatayud by the Plan de Dinamización del Producto Turístico (Revitalization Plan of the Tourist Product), to improve, restore and promote certain enclaves of its geography, which due to their cultural and scenic interest will contribute actively to the development of tourism in this region.

We have designed a versatile all-terrain prototype of this observatory deck, which adapts to any relief as a modular solution that comes from the geometric abstraction of the logo of the developer, a mudéjar star, splitted according to its basic geometry into platform-parts which together provide flat or staggered tread surfaces. In these parts can be attached a series of poster elements, tables with information, railings and benches. The most important issue of this project is the landscape that we try to approach to the visitor, and in this respect the observatory decks assume their role as tools to facilitate the act of contemplation, enriching it with data, information and of course, comfort. They are modest, and they are shown like light and cheerful gadgets put on the ground to look and perceive the landscape.
